📍 ELITE ELEVATORS PRIVATE LIMITED, NIBAV Building, 2nd Floor, No 11 L.B.Road, Adyar, Chennai 600020,INDIA.
Our home elevators are equipped with advanced emergency rescue and automatic lowering mechanisms to ensure passenger safety during power outages or unexpected system failures. These built-in safety features help bring the elevator to the nearest floor, allowing occupants to exit safely and confidently.
Emergency rescue systems are designed with devices that engage automatically, preventing a sudden stop when a home elevator loses power or experiences a malfunction. Instead of coming to a complete stop, the emergency rescue system immediately locks in power and guides the elevator safely down to the lowest level so that passengers can exit the elevator without having to wait for help.
Elite Elevators has designed residential elevators using state-of-the-art emergency rescue systems to ensure customer safety at all times, even during electrical failures or unforeseen circumstances. Emergency rescue systems help minimise the inconvenience and distress caused by power interruptions and voltage fluctuations that frequently occur in residential settings. An emergency rescue system provides controlled and safe movement of the elevator and enables safe exit from the elevator at any time.
The use of emergency rescue systems in residential home elevators is essential for the safety and confidence of families, considering that residential elevators are typically used daily by families, seniors, and children.
Emergency rescue systems are of particular importance for homes with elderly residents, wheelchair users, or young children, especially where an adult may not always be present. Providing a safe and reliable way for individuals who may have difficulty moving to exit the elevator during an emergency offers significant peace of mind to homeowners.
Homeowners who require the highest level of reliability and fail-safe operation from their home elevator system, particularly those living in areas prone to frequent power outages.
When a power failure or system malfunction occurs, the elevator automatically and slowly descends to the nearest safe floor at a regulated speed.
Once the elevator reaches the landing, the doors automatically open, allowing passengers to exit safely without requiring external assistance.
An independent power source or battery-powered mechanism enables the emergency system to function even during extended power outages.
The emergency system activates automatically without requiring any action from passengers, ensuring safe exit even in high-stress situations.
All emergency rescue equipment is designed, built, and tested in accordance with internationally recognised safety standards.
Designed to fit seamlessly into both new and existing homes, our compact elevators require minimal space while complementing contemporary and classic interiors.

We booked home lift from Elite Elevators last year after comparing many other look alike products but , The initial process was smooth then there were a few hiccups in installation which led for a delay, finally its installed and we have got really what was promised in terms of safety and quality. THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT.... One suggestion to Elite Elevators Team - hire more installation team, I understand you had got a overwhelming response from market for X300 which the company was not prepared for. Thank you !!!
