To ensure optimum performance, please ensure a stabilized power connection of Single Phase 230V - 50/60 Hz,
complemented by a minimum 32 Amp supply and a circuit breaker.
Your partnership is essential. For the lift installation, we request customers to manage any required civil works.
Additionally, should there be a need, please arrange for structural support on your end.
For those who require flexibility, we’re happy to accommodate installation requests outside of standard working
hours, subject to a nominal fee and our team’s availability.
Our commitment to you includes a robust 1 year warranty for motors, a 1 year manufacturer warranty against rusting,
and a 1 year service warranty, provided the lift receives regular care and service by our trained Elite Elevators experts.
Ensuring these conditions is the key to uninterrupted warranty benefits.
In the rare event of unforeseen external disruptions (Force Majeure), there may be reasonable extensions to our
service timelines and costs. Should such an eventuality extend beyond 60 days, we assure you transparency
and the option to terminate the Works without any obligations.
We are delighted to offer complimentary lift storage for the initial seven days, post which you will be charged
at Rs.999 + GST per day.
Rest assured, our operations uphold the esteemed legal standards of India. In the unlikely event of disputes,
they will be judiciously addressed exclusively within India's jurisdiction.
We comply with safety standards established by regulatory bodies in India, Europe, Australia, and the United States.
We provide a custom installation for areas with headroom of less than 2600 mm.
This tailored solution will incur an additional charge of ₹ 1,19,000/-.
Our standard travel height per stop is 3500 mm. As a complimentary service, we are pleased to offer travel heights
up to 4000 mm at no additional cost. For travel heights exceeding 4000 mm, there will be an additional charge
of ₹ 69,999/-. Please note that the maximum travel height for a 2-stop installation is limited to 4500 mm.
All credit card and debit card payment charges will be borne by the customers at the time of the transaction.
International Credit Card / Debit Card Payments (for domestic transactions): 3% + 18% GST per transaction.
Delivery timeline refers to readiness at our Chennai factory. Transit time to your site is additional.
We understand that circumstances may change unexpectedly. To offer flexibility while maintaining efficient operations,our cancellation policy is outlined below:
Free cancellation with a full refund is available within 24 hours of receiving the quotation.
If cancelled after 24 hours but before production begins, 25% of the total contract value or lift cost (whichever is higher) will be retained.
Once production has commenced, 60% of the total contract value or lift cost (whichever is higher) will be retained.
If prepared for dispatch, 85% of the total contract value or lift cost (whichever is higher) will be retained.
Upon completion of delivery, 100% of the total contract value will be chargeable.
