Really happy with the product overall, especially the X 300 Plus model for my G+2 villa. The guidance from the sales consultant, Mr. Siddalingesh, about involving an elevator vendor early on was very helpful during my house construction, as was the support from the CRM team. Although there was a significant installation delay of about a month that I wasn't pleased with, but the wait was absolutely worth it. I've been using the lift for three months without any issues so far, despite the installation delay, I'm giving them a 5-star rating.
