“I have installed Elite X300 (G+3) in a small place in front of my house. The technically competent team led by Mr. Suresh, Manager supported by Mr. Nawas Khan, Assistant Manager and Mr. Devendra vel, Senior Technician has done a perfect job of installation and commissioning of this custom built lift. Mr. Melvin Daniel, Customer Relashanship Manager has coordinated very well in matching the interfaces of the building with the lift. The lift is working flawlessly.
However, there is one small issue with this X-300 lift. The cabin has tubular fans that make a low whistling sound while running. In spite of replacing the fans with new ones, the sound is not disappearing. I think that the whistling sound is inherent with the tubular fans. I hope that the Elite would address this issue and solve it.”

Really happy with the product overall, especially the X 300 Plus model for my G+2 villa. The guidance from the sales consultant, Mr. Siddalingesh, about involving an elevator vendor early on was very helpful during my house construction, as was the support from the CRM team. Although there was a significant installation delay of about a month that I wasn’t pleased with, but the wait was absolutely worth it. I’ve been using the lift for three months without any issues so far, despite the installation delay, I’m giving them a 5-star rating.
