It was really a good experience with Elite Elevators. Starting from Sales pitch to Installation to Customer Support, everything was top notch. Technicians were very professional, they installed the lift without damaging the interiors (that was my biggest worry). Soundarya from CS team was in constant touch and giving updates in every stage through various communication channels.At last, the handover was very good. Team bought a bouquet and chocolates and made it a delightful experience.If you are looking for a home elevator with max safety parameters (and can stretch the budget), definitely go for TKE.

The product quality is so good. Our installer did a fantastic job on a 15 step installation Stair lift. In a half day we were up and working (perfect).
