We were so pleased with the entire experience with Elite Elevators from the initial meeting through the installation. Everyone was so personable and professional. We had a somewhat unpleasant experience with another company and were happy to be dealing with Elite Elevators. We love our new lift. I want to add that our project was a challenging one as our house is old one.

The stair lift has made a massive difference to my independence. The stair lift enables me to have access to my basement. I can now do my scrap booking of family photos. I also now can do my own laundry and most importantly, I can get to a place of safety in threatening whether. I can now use the half of my house that I couldn't get to previously. I had a very good experience with Elite Elevators. I’ve been using the H200 model for the past 2 years. The installation was quick and the technicians made sure the space was cleaned after the lift was installed. The lift itself works so well that I have not encountered any problems thus far.
