HR Executive / HR Advisor
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an aspiring HR to be part of our End to End recruitment process and to handle the generalist activities. The HR guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and training programs for the entire company. An ideal candidate should have good understanding of Recruitment process.
- To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures / practices meet the business needs.
- Extensive experience in End to End recruitment
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
- Good experience in hiring candidates through various channels
- Sourcing candidates from the internal database and job portals as per the requirement.
- Design job descriptions for various designations
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Coordinate and conduct background verification
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
REQUIREMENTS
- Should have minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Good team player
- Should have hands on experience in MS Office skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills both in English and Hindi
