It was really a good experience with Elite Elevators. Starting from Sales pitch to Installation to Customer Support, everything was top notch. Technicians were very professional, they installed the lift without damaging the interiors (that was my biggest worry). Soundarya from CS team was in constant touch and giving updates in every stage through various communication channels.At last, the handover was very good. Team bought a bouquet and chocolates and made it a delightful experience.If you are looking for a home elevator with max safety parameters (and can stretch the budget), definitely go for TKE.

I had a Elite Elevators- Home Elevator installed in our dream home and it has made life in my current home more enjoyable. After our first enquiry with them, The salesman met us in our home itself and answered all our questions clearly. he gave more new ideas about the Home lifts without Shaft, pit and Machine Room, We were really impressed and eagerly waited for the day to install our new home lifts. The technicians was on time and did a marvelous job. The whole process was very easy and our Home lift my favorite feature of our home. Overall, Elite Elevators was Excellent.

Recently, I had purchased a Flow II stair lift from your company. It's an eventuality that many will face: how to tell our requirements and Get all our needs. But, The CRO were answered all my questions and showed me everything related to the lift and he was extremely knowledgeable and very professional and a true craftsman.Our stair lift, It's the first one we have ever had installed and it went very smooth. Our Home elevator system was installed approximately six months ago, and we are so pleased to have it in our home. We have health issues with old knees, residual pain and limited movement from surgeries, and live in a three-level house. The stair lift has made a massive difference to my independence. The stair lift enables me to have access to my basement. I can now do my scrap booking of family photos. I also now can do my own laundry and most importantly, I can get to a place of safety in threatening whether. I can now use the half of my house that I couldn't get to previously. Great customer service from enquiry to installation. Very courteous technicians and Sales people and all went very well so far. Thank you my stair lift is great

Quick and flawless installation. Excellent sales and after care. Friendly and helpful staff. The lift was fitted in three days and the installers were very pleasant and cleaned up very well at the end of each day.
