Our Home elevator system was installed approximately six months ago, and we are so pleased to have it in our home. We have health issues with old knees, residual pain and limited movement from surgeries, and live in a three-level house. We decided that installing an elevator was more sensible than moving, and that decision has made a very positive impact on our comfort levels. Your company was recommended to us by my Engineer Friend, and we have found their recommendation was right on target. Recently, I had purchased a Flow II stair lift from your company. It's an eventuality that many will face: how to tell our requirements and Get all our needs. But, The CRO were answered all my questions and showed me everything related to the lift and he was extremely knowledgeable and very professional and a true craftsman.Our stair lift, It's the first one we have ever had installed and it went very smooth. Our Engineer gave us the name of 'Elite Elevators' for a Stair lift. The sales team took all the time we needed and answer quit a few questions. Excellent salesman for Elite Elevators. The product quality is so good. Our installer did a fantastic job on a 15 step installation Stair lift. In a half day we were up and working (perfect). We highly recommend Elite Elevator to everyone who needs a Stair lift.

Quick and flawless installation. Excellent sales and after care. Friendly and helpful staff. The lift was fitted in three days and the installers were very pleasant and cleaned up very well at the end of each day. We love our fantastic Vacuum Home lift! It is an elegant home lift which can be installed without a Pit, Machine Room and Shaft. Beautiful product that really looks fantastic in our Home. This home elevator has a surprisingly comfy and safety. It works with Pneumatic Technology that helps to Smoothly Move Between Floors While Requiring Much Less Space and Energy. One of my absolutely favorite feature of this Vacuum Lift is very safe and ease to operate. Thank you Elite elevators and the whole technical team.

My elderly parents were having difficulty using the stairs 4 years ago. My friend suggested that I install a chairlift for them. That is how I found Elite Elevators. The installation was quick and neat and the service was excellent. My parents are pretty relieved and find the chairlift very easy to use. I’ve had no complaints so far.

It was really a good experience with Elite Elevators. Starting from Sales pitch to Installation to Customer Support, everything was top notch. Technicians were very professional, they installed the lift without damaging the interiors (that was my biggest worry). Soundarya from CS team was in constant touch and giving updates in every stage through various communication channels.At last, the handover was very good. Team bought a bouquet and chocolates and made it a delightful experience.If you are looking for a home elevator with max safety parameters (and can stretch the budget), definitely go for TKE.

The home lifts from thyssenkrupp provided by Elite Elevators are absolute value for money that I have invested. The lift really adds value to the complete outlook of my house and it’s easy to use for my kids and parents. Very pleased with our new home lift and the fantastic service from the Elite Elevators. We were concerned over the space we had and the upheaval such a project would bring to our house, but they installed a really good home lift model Altura with great finish in a matter of days.
