Safety is in Our DNA

All lifts from our series are certified by globally acclaimed third parties. The E300 home elevator boasts an extensive list of safety features, however, as standard the mechanical components carry a SIL3 certified safety system making it the highest safety standard on the home lift market. To count on more than one safety system, the overspeed governor and brake are separated from the main drive system. In case of a power failure, the E300 will continue to work from a battery, allowing the user to reach the ground floor safely.

Thanks to the double offset helix design, the cogged belts minimise noise and vibrations while optimising the guidance of the belt over the pulley. No Oil/Lubrication Required

In a conventional lift, it is mandatory to get the lift oiled and lubricated every month. However, at Elite Elevators we call this the old-school method. Let’s break it down: if someone told you twenty years ago that you wouldn’t have to top up the radiator water in your car, you definitely wouldn’t have believed it. This invention intends to minimise the frequency of service required. As our E300 is being installed in private residences/mansions, our customers won’t be comfortable with letting people into their private space every month for maintenance. Therefore, with the help of Greaseless Rails (GLR), TK Access Solutions’ home elevators require service every four months only. Also, with no oil, there is no dust accumulation. This means there is less wear and tear, no squeaking noise and no frequent maintenance.

Advanced Error Notification System

This is an onboard computer that monitors your elevator 24/7. The graphical display allows the user to understand the type of error/notification from the elevator. This technology does not just let you know what the problem is but smart enough to even bring your elevator to a complete stop if required. It helps our engineers diagnose the elevator in a simplified and efficient way, saving a lot of time and resources.

Extra Gentle Soft Start and Stop

TK Access Solutions’ home elevators are popular for the SSS (Soft Start and Stop) technology that was introduced in our hydraulic home elevator E200. However, the invention behind the EGSSS (Extra Gentle Soft Start and Stop) technology is absolutely stunning. You can measure the smoothness of the ride by placing a glass of water on the lift. Revolutionary, Breakthrough Technology

With the patented Cogbelt technology and a rivetless shaft, the E300 is at least 7 years ahead of other elevators globally. While other elevator manufacturers may find it difficult to match the current standards of home elevators as per MD 2006/42/EC and EN 81–41, the E300 has set unmatched level of standards with a SIL 3 Certification. The E300 can be updated and diagnosed remotely using the Canbus Connection, leading the E300 to dominate the home elevator industry.

Canbus Connection Technology

With the help of CCT (Canbus Connection Technology), we can diagnose your elevator from even a remote location without the need for the engineer’s presence at your site. CCT not only diagnoses but also allows us to take preventive care to ensure your lift and other functionalities are always at optimal capacity. Also, this option reduces the downtime of your elevator nearly to never.

What is a Machine Room/Overhead Room?

Old school, conventional lifts have a separate room that has to be constructed on top of your last floor exclusively, to store and maintain the motors, electrical and electronic components of the elevators. Since 1992, the option of an overhead room has been introduced where there is a significant loss of space at the top of your last floor. However, the need for a proper room has been eliminated. In TK Access Solutions’ home elevators, the minimum headroom (overhead room) required is only 2,250 mm (on select models). This allows our customers to fit our elevator even in a tight space or even utilise the space above the lift for storage.

What is a Pit?

A pit, in elevator language, is the space measured from the ground floor level to the underground depth required for the cabin to rest upon while on the ground floor. In cases where Vaastu/technical feasibility of a pit is a concern, the option of installing a ramp is also possible. A minimum of 50 mm and a maximum of 140 mm are the recommended sizes of a pit.
